Before analyzing our findings from user interviews, we reviewed the entire screen and researched other competitors. Made a list of problems, discussed with product manager to find out more concerns of issues on the existing screens.
User interview and observation at Jakarta City
We conducted user interview with participants who are the target audience, work at small business interprise (SME's) in Jakarta and Tangerang. Asking them what kind of difficulties they have while doing transaction, managing stocks, grocery lists, loans, etc.
After user interview, we gave them home page tour in Larisin mobile Application and simple task session, observing their habits and motivations, identify as many as possible what confuse or frustrate them to have a better understanding of the problems.
